Our mission

Africa Sports Pulse publishes analysis-first sports content. We focus on patterns, context, and repeatable factors (form, venue effects, matchups, squad depth, discipline) — not hype.

Note: This site provides sports information and analysis only. Nothing here guarantees outcomes.

Sources and research

  • Primary data: official match reports, competition statistics, and publicly available summaries.
  • Context checks: injuries (when confirmed), squad rotation, travel, and schedule congestion.
  • Video + tactical review: when available, we verify claims against match footage or trusted recaps.
  • Clear separation: what we know vs what we infer — we label opinions as analysis.

How articles are written

Step 1

Define the question

We start with a narrow question (e.g., “What changes away performance in T20s?”) so conclusions stay grounded.

Step 2

Check repeatable drivers

We prioritize factors that tend to persist: venue/pitch style, set-piece efficiency, discipline, and squad depth.

Step 3

Write for clarity

We avoid jargon where possible and define terms when they matter (PP, RPO, territory, expected possession).

Step 4

Final checks

We verify key claims, fix ambiguous wording, and remove anything that could be read as a “guarantee.”

Corrections and updates

  • Corrections: factual errors are corrected as soon as we confirm them.
  • Updates: when context changes (confirmed injuries, lineup news), we update relevant sections.
  • Transparency: major changes may include an “Updated” note on the page.

Independence and integrity

  • We do not sell outcomes or guarantees.
  • We aim to keep analysis separate from promotion and avoid sensational claims.
  • External links (if any) are provided for reference and do not imply endorsement.
